Hello

Could you please help with advice.

Swedish company AB plan to pay dividends to shareholders. Is it possible to pay firstly dividends to one shareholder and during the next two weeks to another shareholder? Or we should pay at the same time dividends to all shareholders?

Hi,

I found some information about this at chapter 18 in the Swedish Companies Act (Aktiebolagslagen). It says under Payment date for the decided dividend, Section 13: In companies that are not reconciliation companies, the resolved dividend shall be paid at the time decided by the General Meeting or, following the authorization of the Meeting, the Board of Directors.
