Difference in account balance and the amount on Bokförings program

I have a little difference in my account balance and that which is showing on the book keeping program, in my bank account, i have 10256,00kr while in the visma program, i have 10256,46kr, the difference is like 0,46kr, how should i record this to make both the same.

Thanks for quick reply, it was the other way round (bank account, i have 10256,46kr while in the visma program, i have 10256,kr), so i did alternate it as shown in the first screen shot below but before i entered the number 0.46, i saw some numbers at the side, wondering how to rectify those as well

Those numbers are the actual balance that day 2024-01-23 when you dated the journal.

hi again,

sorry for the back and front questions, i actually want to close my 2023, so when i changed the dates for the entry journal to 2023-12-31, i got the screen shot attached below with balance on acc1930 as 1022,48 and 3740 as -0,15 but in my bank account which i attached was 1683,43kr.

how do i balance the money in my bank account and the one in the book keeping so i can close the year

Hej

You should check all the entries just before 2023-12-31 and see if all transaktions on the bank account is registred in Visma.
