Profit/Lost account Journal entry

I was going thru the checklist for end of year and the last part said one needs to create a manual entry and use the accounting template Bokföring av årets resultat. upon opening the template, 2 account was automatically there and i can not edit them.

I had a lost of -4808,11Kr for the year 2023, below is how i intend to post the ledger, i am wondering if i am right or there is something else i need to do and also how do i transfer the lost to the new year 2024?

Hej

This entry is the last thing you should do in 2023 and outgoing balance is automatically transfered to incoming balance 2024.

The entry you listed above is a 4 808,11 profit not a lost.

Yes i have doubled checked all the entries for 2023, is it correct to revert it as the screen shot below to show the lost of -4808,11kr ?

Yes if 2023 is a 4 808,11 loss it should be the other way around.
