Hi i am new in accounting

i have Ab company i just get invoice from visma for there subscription

can you guys help me how to record invoice i just take picture of invoice and send bh visma scanner i dont know further

help needed

i get auto 2440 code and 2641

What type of subscription are we talking about? The accounts could be different dependin on what you are paying for.
