Hi i need help how to book this

its a fuel card invoice

in the picture it is showing one fuel charges in first

then in red circle i wash car

and last yellow circle i buy cofee while working

so i need help how to book this and moms

I attach the image again

in the first picture highlighted it is car washing monthly

in the other it was car cleaning thing

and in the last it is cofee drink for driver

the answer you typed has no moms of food 12% can you see the invoice again and check again

Hi

Since you don't handle ingoing VAT with different VAT on special accounts the picture i attached in my previsous answer is correct.

I have summed both the 25% and 12 % and put the total sum on 2641 in that picture.

769,42 (25%) + 6,85 (12%) = 776,27 which you see on account 2641 in my picture.
