Now, we're not exactly sure what error message pops up for you, but if you've slipped in a date, you'll probably see a message "Information on the signing of the auditor's report is missing." To fix this, just head over to <STRONG>Upprätta årsredovisning - Underskrifter - Revisorspåteckning </STRONG>and wipe out that date. Once you do that, the error message should go away and hopefully this was the issue for you.&nbsp;<BR /><BR />Regarding your second question, it is difficult to answer exactly what might be wrong. But if it is the first year and a share capital deposit has been recorded during the year, then you need to go to maintenance and fill in the "datum för grundande" . A box will appear under the column for Aktiekapital för förändringar i eget kapital for you to fill in. &nbsp;<BR /><BR />Take a look and see if this helps you out.
