Hi By the sound of what you are describing it seems you account for things according to the cash based method. Which method you should use shoud be written on your registration certificate. If you can't find the information on that you need to contact skatteverket and ask them. If it is the cashbased method you should use then the payment you rrecived is not correct accounted for.
