Late insurance

hi, , I get this because of late insurance. I want to know how to book this. I get this because I do insurance three days late. The amount is 900 kr 

do I book for car insurance code or different

Account for it as a car insurance which it is supposed to cover for during the time the car don't have a normal insurance. So use acccount 5612 skatt och försäkring personbilar.

Ok thanks one question will it be consider a fine ? 
Because i read that parking fines etc are non deductible

No not in this case. I is mor like a more expensive insurance.
