if you meen an electical bill then it depends if you own or rent the property where the electricity is used.

if you own the property use account 5120
if you rent the property use account 5020

Well then i need to now what type of company you have. Is it a limited company or are you a sole trader?
Do the company stand as owner of the car or do you own the car privatly?

You account for this in very different ways depending on the answers of the questions above.
